The Maritime Zone, right to the water, is part of the 25 acres. There is an approximately 1/2 acre of flat ocean view area to build on in the front of this property at about 150-foot elevation. The property also has plenty of other building sites as it inclines up the hill, with water views through the trees. This property would be perfect to build a large resort or family compound with easy access.  

The property supports lots of wildlife. There are a variety of magnificent trees throughout the 25 acres. The property is surrounded by other large properties. You can see migrating whales from the view site. Public electrical lines are just below the property line, so it would be easy to hook up to it. 

Approximately 1.5 hour hike north along the public coastal trail to get to the village of Aguajitas. The closest resorts, Copa deArbol, https://www.copadearbol.com/  or Caletes Lodge,  https://www.caletaslodgedrake.com/, is a 20-minute walk north on the coastal trail. You can drive from the village of Aguajitas (see “Getting There” tab) then to the village of Los Planes to drive right to the property.

One of the two owners is available for a couple of years if desired to help coach you to build your vision. Owner is a retired California Building and Landscape Designer/Contractor.
